Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for it’s medicinal / antiseptic (holistic) cures for thousands of years. The best type of apple cider vinegar to use is found in health food stores and called the “mother of vinegar” which is made from organically grown apples and is not pasteurized. Apple cider vinegar is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants and is very safe to use, even for children.

If it’s too sour, you can add a little honey or pure maple syrup to sweeten. If you suffer from insomnia drink a glass right before retiring.
For Athletes Foot, Fungal Infections, and Foot Oder – Soak your feet in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and warm water and 2 green tea bags twice a day to kill bacteria and fungus. (Optional) Add a few drops of peppermint or tee trea aromatherapy essential oils.
For Eczema, Acne Breakouts, Plantars Warts, Sunburn, and Corns/Calluses – Apply a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water to the affected area for healthy skin.
For Earaches – Pour in a few drops of equal parts of vinegar and alcohol to restore the PH balance and dry out the ear canal.
For Dandruff and Hair Rinse- Mix 3 T. of vinegar and 1 C. warm water and use as a rinse after shampooing your hair. For added shine use cool water. (Optional) Add a few drops of rosemary aromatherapy essential oils.
Anti Aging Secret: Apple Cider Vinegar works wonders as an anti aging skin care treatment! Make your own home made toner mixing 1 part vinegar to 3 parts rose water and apply to the face with a cotton ball. Also, it’s great for softening and detoxifiying the skin. Add a cup of vinegar to your bath water with some bath salts and a few drops of aromatherapy essential oils for a relaxing and beautifying experience.
