½ kg Chicken Mince
1 Tablespoon Black Pepper (Crushed)
½ Teaspoon White Pepper (Crushed)
4 Tablespoon Corn Flour
4 Tablespoon Chili Garlic Sauce
Margarine as required
Onion 1 (finely chopped)
4 Tablespoon Oil
Salt to taste
Tomato 1 (sliced)
Salad Leaves (for garnish)
Take a bowl and add chicken (minced), chopped onions, salt, black pepper, corn flour, egg and white pepper and mix well. After that makes medium patties. On the other hand take pan and heat the oil and shallow fry the burgers and after absorption oil cut the bun into two halves.
Now take these buns slices and spread margarine on it then put chicken patties, tomato slice, chili garlic sauce and lettuce leaf then cover the other bun slice. Serve with fries and ketchup.
